ISP Accreditation, and what it means for you.

Plenty of businesses list badges without explaining them. A logo on a website tells you nothing on its own. Here’s what ours means, who awards it, what we had to do to get it, and why it matters when you’re deciding whether to work with us.

ISP Endorsed Training Provider

ISP Endorsed Training Provider

Awarded by

The Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP), the UK’s professional body for sales and an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation.

Awarded in 2025 · Renewed annually

What it required

ISP endorsement isn’t a paid listing. Our training was reviewed by an ISP Technical Delivery Manager against the ISP’s published quality-assurance criteria. The review covers five things: that programme outcomes match a client’s actual needs; that trainers are experienced in what they teach and qualified in how they teach it; that materials and resources meet the standard; that we run quality assurance before, during and after delivery and act on it; and that learner support, including accessibility, is in place.

Endorsement is reassessed every twelve months at an annual review with the ISP’s Quality & Compliance Manager, so it has to be earned again each year rather than awarded once.

What it means for you

When you invest in training with us, the quality of the training has been assessed independently, not just asserted by us. Our training has been reviewed against a national sales-training standard by an external professional body.
