About Kathryn
Creative thinking, practical design, and learning that actually works.
Kathryn is an out-and-out creative with a background in design and digital marketing. She is responsible for everything participants see, access, and use, from the Learning Hub and programme materials to the tools that support coaches and clients day to day.
She has a strong eye for what works visually and a deep understanding of how people actually learn, which are not always the same thing. Kathryn goes well beyond producing materials; she works closely with coaches and clients to build learning solutions that are genuinely practical and easy to integrate into busy working lives.
Outside of work
Ballroom, latin, and the discipline of precision.
Outside of work, Kathryn is a competitive ballroom and latin dancer.
The discipline, precision, and attention to detail that takes will come as no surprise to anyone who has seen how she approaches a project.
