Sales Training Costs for Corporate Teams in the UK

The Sales Coach Network5 min read

With us, a one-day workshop for your sales team starts from £12,000 for up to 20 people, which is £600 per person for a group of 20. A two-day workshop starts from £22,000. Group size, length, format, tailoring and reinforcement move what you pay, and price per person per day is the simplest way to compare quotes.

Our corporate sales training prices start from £12,000 for up to 20 people

Our core workshops come in three formats, each with a published starting price based on a group of up to 20 people.

  • One-day workshop: from £12,000.
  • Two-day workshop: from £22,000. It covers everything in the one-day workshop with more depth, extended practice and feedback, and role-plays on real scenarios.
  • Virtual workshop: from £12,000, run across four to six live, camera-on sessions with breakout rooms and assignments between sessions.

Every workshop includes a scoping conversation to understand your team and market. The content is tailored to your market and sales motion, and your team practises on its own live opportunities. You also get practical tools to keep and 24/7 access to video libraries on our learning platform. The full breakdown is on our pricing page.

A team of 20 pays from £600 per person

Price per head is the simplest way to compare quotes. At our starting prices:

  • One-day workshop: £12,000 divided by 20 people is £600 each.
  • Two-day workshop: £22,000 divided by 20 people is £1,100 each, or £550 per person per day.
  • Virtual workshop: £12,000 divided by 20 people is £600 each.

Each starting price is based on a group of up to 20 people, and pricing varies with team size, so ask how the quote changes for your numbers.

We recommend eight to 12 participants when you want each person to get the most practice and personal attention. Larger organisations often run several groups of 20.

Five factors move what you pay

  1. Group size. Prices are set for a group of up to 20. More people means more groups.
  2. Length. One day or two days in person, or four to six live sessions online. Two days allow more time for practice, feedback and role-play on real opportunities.
  3. Format and location. Travel and expenses for in-person delivery vary by location and are agreed upfront. Virtual delivery removes them.
  4. Tailoring. How much of the content is customised to your sales process, your market and your live deals.
  5. Reinforcement. Ongoing coaching after the workshop runs separately. We quote it as a fixed fee once we know who needs coaching, on what and for how long.

Reinforcement is easy to miss in a price comparison. A workshop starts the change, and embedding it takes reinforcement. Ask every provider what happens after the workshop and what that costs.

Compare quotes on the same basis

Two quotes can look far apart and cover very different work. Put each one through the same checks:

  • How many people does the price cover?
  • How many days or live sessions are included?
  • Is there a scoping conversation, and is the content built around your market and your live deals?
  • Are travel and expenses included or extra?
  • What happens after the workshop, and is it priced separately?
  • Do you get a fixed fee against an agreed scope before you commit?
  • How will progress be measured? Look for lead indicators, such as the quality of discovery calls, and lag indicators, such as win rate, average deal size and sales cycle length.

Then turn each quote into a price per person per day, and list what sits outside it. That gives you a like-for-like figure.

A cheaper option fits some teams better

Our workshops aren’t the right fit for every team. If you sell low-value, transactional products at speed, want the cheapest possible half-day event, or have no capacity to reinforce the learning once the workshop ends, a shorter, lower-cost option may suit you better.

If your team is spread across sites, the virtual workshop starts at the same £12,000 and removes travel costs. If you’re not sure what you need yet, our free five-minute self-assessment helps you see whether you need a full growth programme or a more focused intervention, before you speak to anyone.

Our corporate programmes put most of the effort outside the workshop

Our Forty–20–40™ approach puts 40% of the effort into the work before the workshop, 20% into the workshop and 40% into embedding the change afterwards. You can buy the workshop on its own or add reinforcement after it. To see how the phases, formats and prices fit together, read about our corporate sales training programmes for your own team. Common questions

How much does corporate sales training cost in the UK?

With us, a one-day workshop starts from £12,000 and a two-day workshop from £22,000, each for a group of up to 20 people. A virtual workshop across four to six live sessions also starts from £12,000. Team size, tailoring and location move the final fee, and you get a fixed fee in a proposal before you commit.

What does corporate sales training cost per person?

At our starting prices, a one-day workshop for 20 people works out at £600 each, and a two-day workshop at £1,100 each, or £550 per person per day. Each starting price is based on a group of up to 20, and pricing varies with team size, so ask for the figure for your numbers.

Is coaching after the workshop included in the price?

No. The workshop price covers a scoping conversation, content tailored to your market, the workshop itself, practical tools your team keeps, and access to our learning platform. Ongoing coaching and reinforcement after the workshop run separately, quoted as a fixed fee once we know who needs coaching, on what and for how long.

Can we buy a workshop without a full programme?

Yes. Engagements range from a focused workshop or a targeted coaching intervention through to a multi-month programme, and we scope to what you need. A workshop starts the change, and new habits need reinforcement afterwards, so plan who will keep the skills in use once the workshop ends.

Is virtual training cheaper than in-person training?

The starting price is the same. Our virtual workshop starts from £12,000 for up to 20 people, like the one-day in-person workshop. Virtual delivery removes travel and expenses, which vary by location for in-person delivery and are agreed upfront. It runs across four to six live sessions, which suits teams spread across sites.
